Any idea what this is ??

Wednesday night, I went to bed, ater having 1 glass of wine, only to wake up feeling like I had drunk several bottles.

Since then, I have had a weird headache that onl seems to hurt if I turn my head or bend down, and pain behind one eye, but only if I look up, down, or side to side.

I also feel generally exhausted and last night every single joint in my body ached, even my knuckles, and I also kept having hot sweats.

I also had pain in my throat, not a sore throat, just an aching pain, but thats gone this morning, and now I just have the funny head and a bit of a runny nose.

Oh last night I also had mild nausea that came and went.

According to the dc's thermometer, I do not have a temp.

Any ideas ??

Sinus problems? That would explain the weird headache thing, I think. Try sticking your head over a bowl of hot water with a towel draped over you - see if that relieves the pressure.

Yes, I was wondering if t was that when I lay awake last night.
