sinusitis

I have terrible sinusitis and have done since Thursday. Pain around eye socket, even to touch...hurts when I move head, feel sick, getting worse not better...

Doctors very busy

Can anyone suggest any remedies that have worked for them?

also - menthol crystals from chemist ( again nans suggestion i dont even know if they sell them) and head over bowl

Menthol crystals in a cup of hot water (yes they do sell them)
Not for drinking though
olbas oil on your pillow/pyjamas at night

But, tbh it sounds like a dose of strong antibiotics are what's required.

I begged for an appointment and now have antibiotics and strong strong painkilers

feel a bit better after two doses
