had horrible indigestion type upset stomach for a couple of days...need something to soothe a raw digestive system?

yesterday i looked 10 months pg, as though someone had blown me up with bicycle pump. (Did 20 minute fart this morning and now look more normal!!! Am just sticking to warm weak tea and no food today, but feel as though I need to take something to soothe my poor system, any suggestions?

Nice easy things like yoghurt i would say.

Andrews is good for getting farts out quick.

What have you been eating and drinking lately?

Maybe some probitics incase you have imbalanced flora in your gut causing the upset.

Solgar do a great high quzality probiotic supplement. I always make sure I or my DH takes if if there's any sign of stomach upset. Seems to work wonders even if just takien for a few days.

May be worth a try.

Plain Activia bio yoghurt is fantastic - a life saver when I had such a bad bout of gastroenteritis, I was hospitalised. It really felt like it soothed my insides.
