Hi all

Have joined mumsnet to share some useful information - my 3 month old recently suffered with constipation following the introduction of a couple of formula bottles ready for my return to work. I went to GP who suggested boiling pears in water and using water to make up feeds - this worked a treat! Tried to research it when doc suggested but found nothing so thought I'd share this useful tip! I boiled 1 pear for 10-15 mins in enough water to make up 3 bottles, this was plenty! Hope this is useful to others!
