Had a shower today that lasted more than 30 seconds (that was on the good days I had a 30 second shower, on the bad days it was a flannel wash) and I didn't feel the need to have a lye down after it! Can stand up for longer without seeing spots and have a wee bit more energy
Fingers crossed I am well for my surgery on Thursday!
