cigarettes for me. I REALLY can't afford it any more (well I can but it's money down the drain which I could be spending on other things).

Had my last one a few minutes ago and I'm DETERMINED that this time I'm not going to crack.

Are you going to use any NRT? We used patches and they were great.

actually won't really affect my families health - as I only smoke outside and change my top and brush teeth afterwards - but the rest is right

You must remember that the incredibly diverse English language has multiple words for the effect that anything pleasurable has one you so..

getting drunk is getting pissed, smashed, wankered etc

getting stoned is getting wasted, high, off your tits etc

Even heroin, speed etc, all of these things have their own lingo for the effect they have on you.

What, however, do we have for the effect that cigarettes have on us. Errr........nothing. That is because it does nothing for you apart from stop you wanting another one for a short time.

This thought is what got me off the tabs. I hope it works for you
