hyperventilation syndrome ,any one else got this ?

i have had this since ive had anxiety ,im having cbt therapy and i have been given some breathing exercises to do but im still getting chest pains ,i believe to be my lungs aching from being over worked ,i have had a chest x-ray and it was clear.
just looking to share experience with other people

You are not alone. 6-10% of the population have chronic hyperventilation to some degree. It is extremely common and extremely confusing. See www.breathingwise.com
