here

Advising pg women to avoid crowds and not travel unless necessary.

Do these people live in the 1950s? Do they not understand that most pregnant women (especially with first baby) have to work??

And in order to get to work will be travelling on crowded buses, trains, underground etc?

I'm not sure what they expect women to do. Most jobs won't say "ok then you can go off on full pay until mat leave starts" will they.

So it's just going to worry loads of people who can't actually act on the advice.
