help advice needed

[hamstring]

i have a temp of 38.5 and am breastfeeding a 4 month old baby. what should i do .shou,.d i take parecetomol or ibuprofen.

paracetamol definitely ok (I took it on doctor's advice), can't remember about nurofen....someone else will in a minute, I'm sure, but meantime I'd go for the paracetamol.
