contraception pill

Can anyone advise been on the pill on and off for 30 years would like to come offf, can anyone advise what the coil is like as i would like to come off the pill?

dear mosschops30 i as thinking o getting the coil fitted im 23 with 3 young kids and im not planning on having another baby for 4 to 5 years my doc reocomended the coil but after reading the thread im not so sure can u tell me what it was like to get fitted im terrified im nt really good ith pain and im mortified at the thought of it im alo a bit unsure as i like kids in the future
