Recommendations for a good probiotic...

Please could someone suggest a good probiotic and where to get it from. I was told I had a candida problem a few years ago and took a probiotic (and a prebiotic I think) but can't remember which. I would go back and see the homeopath but am short of money at the mo and remember that the pills are quite expensive so will just have to go with those! It seems to be worse at the moment (since having dd I haven't taken them and have been worse-am pg again and even worse!)

TIA!

The tablets that you keep in the fridge are supposed to be the best.

Lots of people I know swear by the activia yoghurts though.

Holland and Barrett do the acidophilus with pectin capsuals and I find these quite good and sometimes they are half price which works out very cheap compared to actimel which is also very good.
