I have asthma and am taking serotide.
Every year I have the flu vaccination and every year I end up with bronchiol pneumonia, necessitating steroids and antibiotics.
Has anyone had their treatment plans changed, in the light of swine flu? At what stage should you see doc or asthma nurse re getting additional asthma treatment.
Is anyone doing anything else to try and bolster themselves.
I've lost half a stone to get my BMI down to 24 and will try and get to 22. Plus I'm giving up dairy that always seems to help.
Can anyone think of anything else.
