worried about choking

This may seem bizarre but I've started to worry bout choking when I eat. I'm not anorexic - definitely not, a healthy size 12/14. You know when you eat and get something lodged in your throat and can't breathe, that happens to me a lot (I eat too fast as I'm always in a rush) and I keep thinking that's I'm not going to be able to breathe. I was okay until I read my
DD human body book! I know I sound a bit bizarre.

That's a perfectly normal concern - lots of people get fixated on something like that. If it starts to interfere with your everyday life though it's probably worth seeing your GP and asking to be referred for some cognitive behavioural therapy.
