Do crystal elixirs really work?

Hi everyone I would be interested in anyone's opinion on the above.

Somebody recommended me making up an elixir of obsydian (snowflake) in a red glass with mineral water, drinking it once 'charged' for 12 hours or more, then the same procedure every day for two weeks, then moving on to clear quartz for the same procedure again for two weeks.

Does anybody know if this stuff actually works as I can't imagine it can do anything at all? I am used to taking homoeopathic, herbal medicine etc but lately not been reacting well with homoeopathic think my body is resisting it right now.

Has anyone tried crystal elixirs and have they helped them? Honestly??

Thanks!
