I have had flu for 8 days now. No sense of smell or taste can't hear very well etc, horrible nose that must be blown every 5 mins or so, feeling tired and achey. What really concerns me is that my head hurts when I bend down, that the back of my head to my forehead really hurts, like the blood thats flowing there is tightening round my head. Is this part of flu? Last time I had it was millenium so can't remember...
any advice greatly appreciated

that's your sinuses....all part of it. Try a decongestant

Def sinuses - inhale steam, drink a lot of water.

towel over head boiling sinkful of water -(keep topping up)eucalyptus oil/menthol crystals or good blob of vics in water ,just keep inhaling and blowing your nose ,messy but will clear most of your sinus blockage up
hope u better soon
