Embarrassingly I know very little about food labeling and want to find out more. My children are 3 and 2 years and like many very active....
I would like to be making more informed food choices but I am not too sure where to start. Ie can I give them reduced cal Robinsons squash drinks or should I only give water or diluted fruit juice? What particular is in squashes that I should be avoiding and why....
And so on
