Bleeding after coil removal.

I had my mirena removed Thursay afternoon, spotted for 24 hours and then started bleeding quite heavily last night. Had to get up after 4 hours to change the bed and it's even gone through the water proof matress protector. Now I feel like hell, really heavy and tired. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Sorry for typos, feel like hell.

Exactly what happened last night. Loads of big clots. Scared me a bit to be honest. Left work early and went to bed, have noticed it's worse if I run around. Nhs direct advised I should go to a & e based on the loss rate but it's slowed down a bit now. thank you.
