piles???

just yesterday noticed small lump just outside anus that's a bit sore

have had probs passing large ahem motions of late, tho am regular

is it piles? have never had this before, even in pregnancy!

Could be! Piles are like grapes. If in doubt, go to your gp. Your chemist could give you some stuff to reduce any swelling which may or may not work!
