What do people make of this finding by American researchers.

Study here

I have suffered with lack of sleep for years and my partner is driving me nuts about this study and others he'd found.

What do you think?

I heard this years ago, Reader's Digest or summat.

I think there are other factors involved - lifestyle (overweight/anxious/stress) and heredity too; unpicking this is a huge task

For you, have you been referred to a sleep specialist, Creole? Go to your GP, get help and improve the quality of your life, yes?

I have just given up night duty as felt crap ALL the time

cannot be good for you

perhaps, I might ask for a specialist...

I take some sleeping tablets every other night, so that helps.
