has anyone seen my missing period?

its been missing for about 3 months..... what could be wrong with me? Im not pregnant, (have done several tests all negative, and DH had the snip) any ideas? im only 33 , so it cant be the menopause can it?.

diet? stress? you know what everyone's going to say don't you - gp

GP , that takes at least 2 weeks to wait for an apointment. My diet is very good.... iron rich so im not aneamic... im slightly overweight, and have been on a diet, well really just cut out the rubbish crisps and junk (replaced with healthy snaks like fruit and seeds).I exercise , but not excessively... but im tired all the time! Put that down to looking after our 8 kids and DH though.
