THRUSH in MEN ? linked to bread craving??

i've got thrush for the second time in 6 months. both times its come on the day after having sex without a condom with dh ( we usually use condoms).

my questions are.....

  1. is it likely that my dh has given it to me, although he is symptom free?
  1. also, if he does have thrush, could it be connected to an ongoing canadida type bread craving that he's had for years.

tia

Men can have asymptomatic thrush, he needs to see GP as it can be an early sign of diabetes and they may want him to be tested.

(though is probably just "one of those things")

thanks. ok, should he not take the tablet then??

The tablet would treat any thrush there, cream would be just as good though. If it is recurrent he should have a swab taken and/or tests to rule out underlying diabetes.
