I have a hard, non moveable lump on my index finger,on the bone I think. It is right at the bottom where the finger joins the palm. It appeared about a week ago and hurts when I do certain things that put pressure on it such as clean my teeth. It's only small and you can't see it.Does anyone have any idea what it could be please?
