sorry, to be so revolting so early in the morning but i thought i'd better ask if anyone knows why this should be happening.
i have 2 children - youngest is 14 months and i am not on the pill. when i ovulate it is streaked with brown blood and its quite painful.
is this normal or should i see the doctor (i'd really rather not!)? thanks

can be quite normal to have this when you ovulate the pain is called " mittelschmertz" but it probably would be best to get checked out - just in case !!!
