My LB is 10 months and has a cold. If I let him sleep more during the day is he still going to sleep through the night or should I only let him sleep his usual amount?

I'd let him sleep when he wants to - you may find for a night or two while he's got the cold he doesn't sleep so well - but he'll easily fall back into his routine when he's better.

It depends how bad the cold is, I normally don't expect DS to follow his regular routine when he is ill as, after all, he would benefit of any rest he can get. However I don't have a big problem bringing him back to his routine so, I really don't know how flexible I would be if allowing him to naplonger than usual resulted in weeks of disturbed routine.
