DS has tiny cuts where ears meet head? what is this??

Hi My DS is 2y 8m and has had tiny cuts where his ear lobes meet his head for months now.
We have tried putting cream on them etc but they never go away. Has anyone heard of this?

Make sure you dry them well after the bath,
or I found with ds some of his tops were just too tight taking them off and catching his ears

my ds has this too. i think just clean them and dry them well. i put a bit of sudocream on too.

Yes, I used to get this too as a child (more like 12 years). It was never particularly painful or sore, and I don't really know what it was, so I'm not going to be very helpful I'm afraid. But its not been a problem since I was an adult!
