My leg started hurting Tuesday and by this morning I could hardly walk .
Went to dr and I have a strained muscle with what he thinks is a small tear in it .
When he pressed it I nearly hit the roof and now a massive bruise has come up which he said it would .

We worked out I must have done while I was in labour last week .

It really really hurts and I feel very sorry for myself and I don't want to take any strong painkillers as feeding dd so am rubbing some crappy gel in it every 4 hours .

Sob wail sob .

Thankyou .

Doctor gave me some tablets along with the cream but they make me feel really out of it and TBH I am trying not to need them because I don't want to be dopey when feeding dd especially on nightfeeds.

Feels a bit better today at least .
