MMR side effects on 3.5 year old after booster

Since DD had her booster MMR she has much looser stools and wondered if anyone else has had this happen. Her diet hasn't changed and it could just be coincidence that it happened around this time.

I was just reading one of the many threads on MMR on here as DS just had his first MMR and has had loose stools, is feeling ill, and I am worried about him. One thing I did read was a suggestion to give him probiotics if he has tummy trouble afterwards, not sure if 3 weeks after (as we are now) is too late though. So no information or help really, just a bump for someone more informed.

This has been for about 6 months now and took her to doctors but they couldn't find anything wrong.
