is this hayfever

i keep waking up with cold like symptoms only its not a cold
runny eyes itchy throat and blocked nose with some sneezing?
have washed my pillows on a 90 wash incase it was dust mites
can you recommend anything for it

Sounds like it, try Hayfever tablets, I use Asdas own make they are cheap but work fine for me.
