I have awoke to a very sore tongue this morning. It feels like it has a small lump inside, like a small pea, that I can feel if I bite it or run it through my fingers. It hurts!

hmmmm, no tongue experts eh?
It still hurts from yesterday, there must be someone out there that has a pearl of wisdom for me?

I'm hesitant to go to the doctors for two reasons. 1) he might think I'm a complete loon wating his time. or worse 2) he might want to chop my tongue off!!
