Possible gynae problems??

Had an early miscarriage in March this year with no intervention and have been actively ttc since.

Seems like my body is having other ideas though and now having painful periods, intermittent bleeding and painful sex.

I am beginning to have a bit of a nagging fear that something could be wrong, did mention some of the symptoms to the doctor who gave me a bit of a vague 'Oh your body takes a while to go back to normal after miscarriage'

Any advice would be very welcome

sounds like it could be endometriosis but there are plenty of reasons for those symptoms - can you see your GP again? Or perhaps get a second opinion from an other GP at the practice?

Ask your Dr for a gynae referal. Sorry to hear about your m/c.
