how often do you use your exercise bike? I've started last week (managed three 30 min sessions!) and this week I've managed one so far...it's really tough. I'm in generally good health, but wondering if I should step it up to 45mins or just leave it at 30mins. My weight seems to be just staying the same (which isn't a bad thing I suppose!).
Would be good to speak to others who enjoy using their exercise bikes...
