i have discovered a magnet that i wear every day, it cost around £25 from waitrose, but i am like a changed women since having it (3 months). DH and DS noticed within a week how my moods were better and my skin wasn't bad (i suffer with acne and psoriasis).
Also my breasts haven't been tender at all since i have had it.
Will go find a link.

Hello, I have this problem and I've found it getting worse over the last few months. I saw the GP about it last week and have been prescribed a tablet called Xanax, which you take around 7-10 days before your period; basically when you start feeling crappy! It's meant to calm you down, stop you feeling anxious and moody. I'll have to wait til next month to report back about it, but am feeling quite optimistic that it amy help.

candyfluff · 23/05/2009 16:13

isnt xananx another name for diazepam -if so i did resort to them when i had my period last week

I checked the packet and it didn't mention diazepam, but the active ingredient is called alprazolam

I'm watching with interest. I'm so close to going to the gp to see if they can prescribe me AD for it or something. I'm completely happy all through the month except for about 2 weeks before AF then i turn into the antichrist.
I feel so wound up and everything irritates me. I'm very very happy with my dh but i find problems with everything during that week. So much so that last month i was threatening to leave the whole family thats not how i feel at all.

wellwoman multivitamin and mineral tablet
chocolate
loads of fruit and veg
iron supplement with glass of orange juice
a shag (no, really) (but only, you know, before, otherwise it's just not comfy)
