My friend is having a hysterectomy in 2 weeks and would like any advice you've got to offer!

Just 4 weeks post op. Very roller coaster. Would suggest she looks at this website. It's very informative. www.hysterectomy-association.org.uk/
It's so easy especially when still full of pain killers and anaesthetic to feel relatively well. In the end I came off the pain killers so I could actually feel when I?d over done it.

Main thing is rest, rest, rest.

Keeping an eye on this as I'm having one in 9 weeks! Rest rest rest sounds good .
