Already have the daily wash but want the active replenishing wash which is for when you actually have thrush and can't find it online anywhere. Have tried serveal big branches of Boots but all only sell the daily wash. Anyone found the active replenishing wash anywhere on the high street or online?

Nope but TBH, if you have thrush, you should just be using water OR lightly salted water to clean the area gently. I used to have recurring thrush and was told not to use ANY type of chemical product.

A few drops of tea tree oil in the bath is supposed to help too (although haven't tried this)

Thanks - was just off to look for some tea tree oil. The lactacyd is a newish product and was actually recommended to me by my gynaecologist. I suffer from recurring thrush and the daily wash has been successful in holding off an attack for over 6 months. However I have now succumbed to an attack and wanted to try the other product in the range. I have been in agony since Sunday despite fluconazole and a pessary - why does it take so bloody long to clear up?

I know what you mean and I really do feel your pain. I had it constantly for 6 months, red raw, sore and itchy until I realised it was my pill that had triggered the attack. I then had it for 10 weeks during my last pg. NOTHING cleared it up other than coming off pill and giving birth.

Keep a pot of natural yog in fridge and smear it on for a bit of light relief - it didn't clear mine up but felt amazingly cooling!
