In my family one of us has just had flu and recovered fine.

How many other families on Mumsnet have flu at the moment?

Nope we are all fine but may well get up tomorrow with it, you just never know;

Well, I hope we don't get it. We've all had flu jabs and seasonal flu should be winding down. Can never tell what the novel h1n1 will do.

Which flu has your family member had?

No idea what type of flu it is! He had a fever and was coughing and achy all over. Ears blocked up and balance wonky. He walked into the kitchen and sort of held onto the side of the fridge!

My son had recovered but again has been getting feverish every so often and gets dizzy/loses his balance.

He is back at school today, which I am uneasy about, but he felt under pressure from school to not miss any more end of year exams.
