If you are naturally bigger, but stay slim by exercise/diet how did you initially do it?

Hope that title makes sense!

Basically want to know how you have got to a size 10/12 if you are (like me) a steady size 14/16.
How much exercise did you have to do to get there per day/week? And what kind?

And how much do you do to maintain it?

Unfortunately not - I was a size 16 in between children and I hated it (but didn't have the motivation to do anything about it knowing I would more than likely be pg again within a couple of years) so having spent 2 years at that size....no thankyou!

I have been an avid exerciser for the last 15 years so it has been part of my life through the 'skinny' years, the 'fat' years, the 'pregnant' years etc - it is just my eating I need to get to grips with
