Is anyone else suffering with hey fever?

Well i think its Hey Fever unless its just a bad cold.

My eyes are really sore (just getting over conjunctivitis) ,my nose is streaming and my head is aching.

I have tried anti histamines which seem to help my eyes slightly but not my streaming nose and head ache.

Any one found anything that helps?

I can't find any local honey as no one seems to keep bees near us (so can't try that one).

Have you got hay fever and a cold???

Try elderflower cordial for the hay fever

The Vaseline round your nostrils trick?
I've had hayfever since childhood so drug myself up every year - Opticron Eye Drops, Beconase nasal spray and whatever is the best tablet at the time. Also, wear glasses/sunglasses to keep pollen out of eyes.

I love elderflower, i shall get some tomorrow , i'm using eye drops and wearing sun glasses (mainly because my eyes look like they have been crying for days).

not been to mexico recently have you?

I don't usually get hayfever but today my eyes are stinging and red. Must be some potent pollen about.

Piriton is best anti histamine, can make you drowsy for first few days of use. Combine with opticron eye drops and beconase or flixonase nasal sprays if the anti-histamine alone doesn't work. The drops and sprays require regular use and take a few days/week to build up to full effect.
