eye probelm -help?

ive just had a scary experience
for 10-15 mins i had huge pupils and large moving zigzagz of colour in my vision ,what could it be
its gone now

I get flashing zigzags ( widening out as time goes on) immediately before a migraine. They can occur without the headache too. Lasts about 15+ minutes. Would think you need to check with your GP if its never happened before. Was it similar infront of both eyes at the same time (it is in migraine)? Hope you feel OK now.

call NHS Direct or 24 if in Scotland.

have called the opticians this morning for advice and they said its a visual migraine ,and they want to check me out too so have made an appointment
