Permanantly freezing cold. Wtf is wrong with me?

Granted it has been pretty cold for the season, but I am always cold. Chilled ot the bone. I wake up cold in the night, despite winter bed clothes and a duvet and a blanket.

I do not think it is thyroid as I have not had the tiredness/weight gain.

Any ideas?

bad circulation?
although that tends to result more in cold hands and feet.

nickytwotimes - thyroid was certainly my first thought.

It is fairly easy to get it tested by measuring blood thyroxin I think. Obviously a trip to GP and a blood sample required.

could also be anaemia. Definitely worth going to the GP who'll ask you other questions to decide which blood tests to do.

APologies - I went for a hot bath to warm myself up.
Yep, possibly a trip to the GP to get checked.

Thanks folks.
