Blephalitis - any advice

I have recently been diagnosed with Blephalitis and have been told I will need to follow a daily eyelid cleaning routine, basically forever!! Does anyone on here have it? Do you manage to do it EVERY day? What sort of routine do you do? TIA

My Ds has it mildly and once I get it under control with daily washing/cleaning, I try to wash his lids/lash line/tear ducts once a week with a weak solution of baby shampoo and water with a cotton bud. I've found it works quite quickly and is not painful or stingy. HTH.
