Hayfever or Cold???

Half a blocked nose
Also keeps dripping at random times

Sneezing lots & lots, sore throat. Mild headache.

Sounds like a cold to me. The drippiness only happens with the start of a cold! So fast I nearly can't catch it.

Its in half my nose/then I get a runny eye, but just the right side of my face!?

Very strange, not dripping so much but keep sneezing!
