Mid cycle bleeding - again

Blood tests all fine.

Waiting for a scan.

Bleeding again today.

Getting fed up and trying not to worry.

See what happens with your scan...will likely be both a transvaginal one and an abdominal one. Could be a cyst, polyp, thicker than usual endometrium, etc.. They may do a biopsy or may decide more invasive checking is needed. There are a number of options depending on what, if anything, is seen.

Oh heck. Hadn't realised it might be a transvaginal one. I have had one before and it hurt. It is starting to worry me tbh as I have quite a bit of pain at times.

How long have you had this for? I have this (2nd month in a row) so went to see the doctor yesterday and they are doing swabs and an internal next week. I guess you've already had those?

I'm assuming you're not on the mini pill? I had this with that (iyswim) and it went away evetually when everything settled down.

I have had it on and off for 3-4 years but because I could only remember half a dozen times I got the feeling they thought I was over reacting.

If i wasn't a mother I would do nothing but I have to look after myself for them.

Have had swabs done and the GP has ordered blood tests and felt my tummy.

Just hard not knowing.

You're not overreacting at all. It's wrong for them to make you feel that way.

My doctor took it quite seriously as it was after sex but then we've had since in between times that didn't result in bleeding so I'm convinced I is to do with ovulation in some way. NL I'm not on the pill no, currently ttc.

It is hard not knowing and it is times like this I wish google had never been invented.

I am on ADs but I had the bleeding before then. No pill here either and DH has been snipped so no chance of a baby.

Sorry to go on. bleeding again today but it is fresh reddish blood and before it has been brownish old? blood. Any clues (DH and I made love this morning but all fine, no pain or anything)

have you been checked for pelvic inflammatory disease?

I don't think so.

My mid-cycle bleeding was fibroid related - sometimes fresh red and like a mini-period, othertimes just some brown discharge. It was nothing to worry about in the end, but I did need at trans-vag scan. I hope you get some answers soon.

I have no clue what fibroids are/this means but thank you for your input.

Still waiting for a scan date.

Never been mentioned as the other day is the first time I have bled after sex and this was hours after.
