this is ridiculous, have only just managed to move form one sideof bedroom to the other. Felt a sudden surge of pain right round my bac, the bra line. Old prob. Bloddy excruciating, and have only just managed to breathe my way thru the worst of it.

Am actually in pain just breathing in, cos muscles seem to be jarring. fuckinghell this hurts.

ouch!! What has helped you in the past?

GrapefruitMoon · 06/05/2009 09:41

I feel for you - in the past year the slightest thing seems to give me back-ache - it's got to the stage where mowing the lawn and anything other than light housework are impossible...

IDidntRaiseAThief · 06/05/2009 09:46

i havent had this recurr for about 7 yrs!

I painted my shed on saturday. Yesterday I had bad pain in my hips. I had SPD when pg, which has never gone away. This injury i got back in about 98, from gardening, and it was excruciating. Was bed ridden for about 2 weeks.

I think the shed might be to blame! Yet two weeks ago I mowed the lawn.

Just a weak spot i guess.

My sympathies - am suffering the same have a docs appointment for this morning with a view to getting some physio or getting the OK to start doing pilates run by a physio. Have you got a docs appointment?

IDidntRaiseAThief · 06/05/2009 14:05

no no doctors appointment, hope you get sorted ok.

I think the spd/hips problem has caused this. I need to wait for this spasming to stop. Have been down the oste/physio/ route before, spent a fortune and it's never helped.

I had refferel to nhs physio too, and that didn't help either.
