How do i get me to a point where I can function to a structured routine that is not imposed by outside factors so that I can provide the stability that a child who craves routine and exactness requires.

We have muddled through with various coping techniques but it is now obvious that this is just not enough.

I have to use an academice diary as I can't managed a yearly one. The academic diary force into habbit during highschool years.
I am happy to allow the day to flow as it does and struggle to stick to any routine or planning I set out. I can plan and when I need to be organised, I over compensate but can't find the middle ground as a SAHM.

Where do I start?
