How to draw out a HUGE zit?

I have a carbuncle on my neck and a big deal function to be flawless for on Saturday. What should I do? Draw it out with a hot flannel, put on something magical (suggestions please), leave it?? Haven't had a zit like this for years, can't remember their shelf life...

buy a choker, quick. It will take a while for a huge zit to disappear. Tea tree oil though?
