Do you know it's actually your thyroid that's sore?

I'm hypothyroid and was diagnosed because my mum noticed my neck was swollen (and I felt like c**p but I put that down to being a new mum). The doctor confirmed it was a significant goitre but it never felt sore...

I'm no expert but have done quite a lot of reading about thyroid issues and haven't come across anything that would necessitate immediate medical treatment so I'd say no harm in waiting.

Sorry to hear about your m/c . Take care of yourself. Sure there's lots of good advice on the other board re investigations you might want to ask for.
