Dreading my breast scan on Tuesday

My Gp found 'tissue' after I went there with tender breasts. I've had scans before as I had a discharge from the same breast and also a lump. They were ok except for cysts which I wasn't told about. My gp told me about these when I went for latest check up.
She seemed annoyed that they hadn't told me.
My breast just doensn't 'feel right' It's as if there's something there that shouldn't be. I also get a dull ache under the arm.

I haven't told my mum as my sister died of cancer and my other sister survived it a couple of years ago. Dp knows and friends do too.

I hate waiting all those hours wondering what the outcome will be.

Poor you, the waiting must be so hard. Have you got things to keep you occupied, take your mind off it until it happens?

Wishing you all the best for Tuesday

Yes thanks emkana, I'm at a friend's tonight and dp is off work monday and tuesday so he'll keep me occupied. Dss keep me going too but they're really good.

Having found a lump myself a few months ago I can fully understand what you are so fearful of with your scan.

Sending you an unMN-ly ((hug)) (I know it's not the done thing but in this situation...). I hope you get some good news on Tuesday.

Thanks smudge, did your test go ok? Hope so ((hug)) back to you.
