Aching legs (Spider Veins)

Off and on my legs and feet have been aching severely, but I have noticed a big increase in spider veins, could this be the cause?

Hello smoothie. Im not sure about the spider veins. I get achey legs and I think I have a bit of restless leg syndrome as I feel the need to move them when I am resting which drives me mad, especially at bed time. I hope someone else comes along who knows
