Permanent spot on my nose.

For over a year now I've had what looks like a small whitehead on my nose, its kind of in the crease of my nose where it flares out if you know what I mean.

Its the size of a couple of pnheads and feels like there is a small bit of grit under the skin. I've tried squeezing it a few times but although some clear fluid comes out it never goes and I can never manage to squeeze the "grit" out.

I'm worried its going to get bigger and be some sort of big witch type lump/wart. Is it just part of getting older, do I have to live with it?

I have exactly the same thing in the same place and I keep meaning to go and get it looked at in case it's a slow growing skin cancer. I think we should both go and get it checked tbh.

I'm so annoyed with it I'm contemplating digging it out with the vegetable knife.

I have one too, also in the same place. I keep meaning to get it checked and removed in case it's cancerous..........I don't want to be scarred though .It is very horrible ...
