I am fit, slim and run 3 or 4 times a week.
Recently I have started wheezing really badly - so much that I am afraid to run
Will go to the docotors but is there anything else I can do?

hi, I get this if the weather is cold/damp. I run 4 to 5 times a week. It goes about an hour after I have run.
It doesn't stop me running...but it did worry me at first.
I expect hayfever has started too, so that may make you wheeze

I have been to the doctor who has given me an inhaler but siad she can hear that my chest is clear. She has referred me to the astma clinic but thinks it will be clear.
